Please see below for the Maximum Interest Rates Applicable for new borrowers as at 30/07/2012 

Please note the published rate is a maximum rate which will not be exceeded if there is no default.  It is not our “current rate”.

The rates are based on present rates with a loading for any immediate rate rises.   These rates may be discounted in certain circumstances. 
 If the loan is deemed to be in default by the lender then the rate will increase by a further 4%.

Valuation	$220 to $550	Per Security higher can apply for regional and higher valued properties
Legal	$286 to $420	Per Security
Miscellaneous	$200	Per Security in some instances
