Please note the published rate is a maximum rate which will not be exceeded if there is no default. It is not our “current rate”.
The rates are based on present rates with a loading for any immediate rate rises. These rates may be discounted in certain circumstances.
If the loan is deemed to be in default by the lender then the rate will increase by a further 4%.
